We want you to be happy with XenJira. Every new account can use the free trial before paying, so you can test it on your own tickets first.

Refunds

If XenJira does not work for you, email support@xenengineering.com within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it. The refunded period is removed from your account.

AI provider token charges are billed by your AI provider, not by us, and are not covered by this policy.

No automatic renewal

Each payment buys one access period. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew.
